Job Title          : Sales Executive
Location          : Dallas, Texas
Qualification   : BA/BS degree

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have a successful track record of consultative selling experiences for legal services companies.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with Enterprise selling methodologies.
  • Must have experience selling high-tech solutions.
  • Must have proven record of exceeding annual quota of $2m.
  • Must have influential relationships with business decision makers.
  • Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities.
  • Ability to direct technical resources and Project Managers for successful customer engagements.
  • Ideal candidate will have contacts in Legal and Compliance departments, AM Law 200, and knowledge to understand business driver issues.
  • Must have the highest ethical standards and must be a positive team player.
  • Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and closing techniques.
  • Presentation skills a must and professional image required.
  • Must be self motivated and resourceful.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience and the ability to manage multiple accounts.

In this exciting role, you’ll act as the key interface to the law firms and corporations supported by the LDM Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Will be expected to generate bookings and billings to meet and exceed quota.
  • Will be responsible for developing a territory plan, along with named account plans, in alignment with the Sales strategy.
  • Build broad and deep relationships with named accounts.
  • Use strategic selling methods to become valued as a trusted advisor by business decision makers within the named accounts.
  • Partner with Production team and use other account team resources, including the Executive Staff, as needed to win and maintain business.
  • Will be responsible for upkeep of the sales pipeline database as well as continually updating to reflect changes in the pipeline.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on a weekly basis that sales management can use to predict revenue.
